The management team has revised the Vision and Values statement and wish to have the new draft circulated to all employees. As a communicator how would you advise them?

As a communications or HR professional, how often have you had to circulate information in the full knowledge that employees will groan ‘not again’. The Vision and Values too often ends up framed on the wall and seldom on the ground. How would you advise the senior management team to more effectively communicate?
