Job description
The world’s largest independent news organization is looking to fill the newly created post of Internal Communications Manager. The organization is going through a period of change with new revenue streams taking the business into new areas. This new vision needs to be communicated to all internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for communicating company announcements, employee briefings and all corporate communications through the appropriate internal communications channels - intranet, company newsletter, video and email, plus face to face employee briefings.

You will be comfortable establishing and then implementing the internal communications strategy, ensuring employees understand the business goals and employee motivation is kept high. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years internal communications experience and be accomplished at maintaining a company’s intranet, writing features, developing and producing newsletters/magazines and organizing and managing company conferences and events.
