Job description - Change Communications Manager

Working in partnership with leaders and managers across the business, you will create and execute a fully integrated communications plan for all major change programmes. You will be responsible for keeping momentum and morale high through any changes, and designing compelling communication campaigns and materials to ensure colleagues are aware and understand change and overall business strategy.

Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate will have over 3 years internal communications experience, including stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering effective change communication programmes in a blue chip company. Your project management, analysis and communication skills will be second-to-none!

Job description - Employee Communications Manager

You will be responsible for designing effective and valued tools for communicating with colleagues, including written, online & visual channels, within budget, to time and to appropriate cultural styles. Developing internal branding will be key to amplifying communications messages, and ensure clarity & consistency. In addition, it will be crucial to build close links with all business areas in order to understand hot topics, and provide support to wider communications strategy & goals.

You will have at least 3 years experience in PR/internal communications with a blue chip background, and be educated to degree level. Your journalistic approach and exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal, will be key, along with strong organisational and copywriting skills.
